本装置是以高能氧化锌压敏电阻为核心元件,经过科学的有机搭配,使每一路压敏电阻的伏安特性完全相同,再经过并联,从而构成一个巨大的非线性压敏电阻,在组装时采用特殊的散热工艺,使本装置的容量极大,因而可以将其动作值设置在系统的相电压左右,并直接连接在系统中性点对之间,作为系统的接地电阻使用。 因氧化锌压敏电阻具有非常优异的非线性,在系统正常运行时呈高阻状态,通过其中的电流非常小,相当于开路状态,这时系统为非有效接地方式,具有很高的供电可靠性;不论何种原因,当系统发生谐振、接地或其它原因产生过电压时,都会在系统的中性点产生较高的电压,压敏电阻产即响应,将过电压限制在设定的范围内,这时压敏电阻呈小电阻状态,相当于低阻接地,并且电流在很大的范围内变化,而压敏电阻两端的电压基本保持不变,具有优异的过电压保护性能,因此又具备了低阻接地系统的优点。
