电气设备和电力生产设施的下列金属部分可不接地：
The following metal parts of electrical equipment and power production facilities may not be grounded:
（1）安装在配电屏、控制屏和配电装置上的电测量仪表、继电器和其他低压电器等的外壳，以及当发生绝缘损坏时，在支持物上不会引起危险电压的绝缘子金属底座等；
(1) the shell of electrical measuring instruments, relays and other low-voltage electrical appliances installed on the distribution panel, control panel and distribution device, as well as the insulator metal base which will not cause dangerous voltage on the support in case of insulation damage;
（2)安装在已接地的金属架构上的设盖土网 防寒布 麻绳 油麻绳 麻刀 沥青麻绳 静压造型线 自动浇注机 铸铁拍门 钢制拍门 玻璃钢拍门备（应保证电气接触良好），如套管等；
(2) equipment installed on grounded metal structure (good electrical contact shall be ensured), such as casing, etc.
（3）直流标称电压20V及以下的蓄电池室内的支架；
(3) support in battery room with DC nominal voltage of 20V and below;
（4）在干燥场所，交流额定电压50V及以下、直流额定电压110V及以下的电气设备。
(4) in dry places, electrical equipment with AC rated voltage of 50V and below and DC rated voltage of 110V and below.
