低压系统不得与电源配电变压器的保护接地共用接地网
1 当向建筑物供电的配电变压器安装在该建筑物外时,应符合下列规定:
1 when the distribution transformer supplying power to the building is installed outside the building, the following requirements shall be met:
1)对于配电变压器高压侧工作于不接地、消弧线圈接地和高电阻接地系统,当该变压器的保护接地接地网的接地电阻符合公式(12.4.3)要求且不超过4Ω时,低压系统电源接地点可与该变压器保护接地共用接地网。电气装置的接地电阻,应符合下式要求:
1) for the high-voltage side of the distribution transformer working in the ungrounded, arc suppression coil grounded and high resistance grounded system, when the grounding resistance of the protective grounding grid of the transformer meets the requirements of formula (12.4.3) and does not exceed 4 Ω, the power grounding point of the low-voltage system can share the grounding grid with the protective grounding of the transformer. The grounding resistance of electrical device shall meet the following requirements:

式中 R――考虑到季节变化时接地网的最大接地电阻(Ω);

I――单相接地故障电流;消弧线圈接地系统为故障点残余电流。
I - single phase ground fault current; the arc suppression coil grounding system is the residual current at the fault point.
2)低压电缆和架空线路在引入建筑物处,对于TN-S或TN-C-S系统,保护导体(PE)或保护接地中性导体(PEN)应重复接地,接地电阻不宜超过10Ω;对于TT系统,保护导体(PE)单独接地,接地电阻不宜超过4Ω;
2) for TN-S or TN-C-S system, the protective conductor (PE) or protective grounding neutral conductor (pen) shall be grounded repeatedly, and the grounding resistance shall not exceed 10 Ω; for TT system, the protective conductor (PE) shall be grounded separately, and the grounding resistance shall not exceed 4 Ω;
3)向低压系统供电的配电变压器的高压侧工作于小电阻接地系统时,低压系统不得与电源配电变压器的保护接地共用接地网,低压系统电源接地点应在距该配电变压器适当的地点设置专用接地网,其接地电阻不宜超过4Ω。
3) when the high-voltage side of the distribution transformer supplying power to the low-voltage system works in the small resistance grounding system, the low-voltage system shall not share the grounding grid with the protection grounding of the power distribution transformer. The power grounding point of the low-voltage system shall be provided with a special grounding grid at a proper place away from the distribution transformer, and its grounding resistance shall not exceed 4 Ω.
